Good day! My name is Junius Bracy Cross, Jr., known to my friends and associates as J.B. I have practiced law in the state of Arkansas for 30 years in the area of Construction Law. Over these years I have represented Contractors, Subcontractors, Commercial Project Owners, Public Project Owners, Residential Project Owners, Architects, Engineers and Construction Surety Companies in virtually every aspect of the construction industry. I have over the years handled significant litigation in state, federal and administrative tribunals and have extensive experience in ADR techniques including Mediation and Arbitration.
